Welcome to forcewrmoveel.world. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the website operated by Forcewrmoveel and your use of our anti-stress programs for office workers. By accessing the site or purchasing programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Description

Forcewrmoveel offers professional facilitation services designed to reduce workplace stress and improve focus through structured sessions. Current program offerings include:

Program descriptions, durations, participant limits, and prices displayed on programs-focus.html are incorporated by reference. We may update offerings; confirmed bookings honor the description at time of purchase.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Our services are intended for businesses and working professionals. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization when booking on its behalf. You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information and to keep credentials confidential if account access is provided in the future.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon written acceptance and receipt of payment or valid purchase order, unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in US dollars. Taxes, travel beyond quoted zones, and venue costs may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation. Late payments may incur reasonable interest or suspension of scheduled sessions.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation by Client

Rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible. Cancellations made more than fourteen days before a scheduled Desk Reset or Workshop may receive a full credit toward a future date. Cancellations within fourteen days may forfeit up to fifty percent of fees to cover reserved facilitator time. Executive Resilience Program cancellations follow the minimum term stated at enrollment. 5. Cancellation by Forcewrmoveel

We may reschedule or cancel due to facilitator illness, unsafe conditions, or force majeure. In such cases we will offer rescheduling or a pro-rata refund for undelivered portions. We are not liable for indirect costs arising from rescheduling.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward facilitators and peers. We may remove individuals from sessions for disruptive, discriminatory, or harassing conduct without refund. Participation in movement or breathing exercises is voluntary; follow facilitator safety guidance and disclose relevant physical limitations.

7. Not Professional Advice

Our programs provide educational wellness facilitation for workplace stress management. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical advice, or emergency services. If you or a participant is in crisis, contact appropriate emergency resources immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, curricula, handouts, audio prompts, and branding are owned by Forcewrmoveel or licensors. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials internally for employees who attended the purchased program. Redistribution, public performance, or commercial resale of materials is prohibited without written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We treat client business information shared for customization as confidential. Participants should respect peer privacy during group exercises. Recording sessions requires prior written approval from us and your organization.

10. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND PROGRAMS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, productivity metrics, or individual stress levels.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORCEWRMOVEEL AND ITS FACILITATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR PROGRAMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THAT PROGRAM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forcewrmoveel from claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized use of program materials, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Third-Party Services

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing suit, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty days. Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations without delay.

17. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on forcewrmoveel.world. Material changes apply prospectively. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance for browsing; booked programs remain subject to Terms in effect at booking unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any signed statement of work, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and standard program purchases.
