This Return Policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund practices for anti-stress programs purchased from Forcewrmoveel through forcewrmoveel.world or direct agreement. Because our offerings are professional services delivered live or virtually—not physical goods—"returns" are handled as service cancellations and credits.

1. Covered Programs

This policy applies to:

• Desk Reset Micro-Session ($49 per session standard US rate)
• Team Calm Workshop ($289 per workshop standard US rate)
• Executive Resilience Program ($1,240 per month standard US rate, three-month minimum)
• Custom bundles or enterprise statements of work referencing these Terms

2. General Principles

We reserve facilitator time and prepare materials once a booking is confirmed. Refunds balance fairness to clients with compensation for preparation and lost scheduling opportunity. All requests must be submitted in writing to service@forcewrmoveel.world from the email used at purchase.

3. Desk Reset Micro-Session

3.1 Client cancellation

Cancellation more than seventy-two hours before the scheduled start: full refund or one free reschedule within ninety days. Cancellation between seventy-two and twenty-four hours: fifty percent refund or full credit toward another date. Cancellation within twenty-four hours or no-show: no refund; credit may be offered at our discretion for documented emergencies.

3.2 Our cancellation

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Team Calm Workshop

4.1 Client cancellation

Cancellation more than fourteen days before the workshop date: full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed in writing. Cancellation seven to fourteen days before: fifty percent refund or full credit. Cancellation fewer than seven days before: no refund; materials already customized may not be credited.

4.2 Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is available if requested at least seven days in advance and new date is within sixty days. Additional reschedules may incur a $75 administrative fee.

4.3 Partial delivery

If your organization ends a workshop early for reasons within your control, fees are not refunded for undelivered hours. If we fail to deliver agreed modules, a pro-rata refund or make-up session will be offered.

5. Executive Resilience Program

5.1 Minimum term

Enrollment includes a three-month minimum commitment billed monthly at $1,240 unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

5.2 Early termination by client

After the minimum term, either party may terminate with thirty days written notice; unused prepaid months are refunded. Termination during the minimum term for convenience incurs payment for the remaining minimum period unless we agree otherwise. Termination for material breach by us entitles you to a pro-rata refund of prepaid unused months.

5.3 Missed coaching calls

Sessions missed without twenty-four hours notice count as delivered. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule once per month per participant.

6. Digital Materials

PDF guides, audio prompts, and dashboards provided with programs are licensed for internal use. Because digital materials cannot be "returned," refunds for delivered digital content are not available once files are sent, except where required by law or where no session has occurred and cancellation qualifies under Sections 3–5.

7. Travel and Venue Fees

On-site facilitation beyond our Henderson base may include travel expenses quoted upfront. Non-refundable travel costs already incurred at cancellation are deducted from any refund.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks for delivered services may result in refusal of future bookings.

9. Satisfaction Concerns

If you believe a session did not meet the written scope, notify us within five business days with specifics. We will investigate and may offer a make-up session, partial credit, or refund where delivery materially failed to match the purchased program description.

10. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Bank posting times vary.
